LoADviser was founded in 2024 with the determination to unify field and science in one dashboard.
We started LoADviser because we saw the same scene repeat at every Turkish football club we visited: a coach holding a printed spreadsheet, trying to figure out which player to rest before Saturday's match. Data existed — scattered across Excel files, GPS exports, and hand-written notebooks — but no one had the time or tools to turn it into a decision.
We believe that every coach — not just those at top-tier clubs with six-figure GPS budgets — deserves access to sport science. ACWR, HR-RPE cross-referencing, micro cycle planning: these are not luxuries. They are the baseline of modern training methodology.
Our system does not replace the coach's judgment. It sharpens it. It takes the raw numbers and translates them into a language coaches already speak: "This player is approaching the danger zone." "This midfielder's load is 18% below the position norm." "Tomorrow's session should be recovery-focused."
We built LoADviser in Turkey, for Turkish football first — because we know the culture, the calendar pressure, the academy structures, and the communication patterns between coaching staff. But the science is universal. Our long-term vision is to bring this same intelligence to every football club that values its players' health.
